Rose Creek is generally described as the established neighborhoods on or around the Rose Creek River (with the exception of a few older neighborhoods farther north near the Herriman Towne Center). Often described as the “Heart of Herriman”, the Rose Creek neighborhood offers easy access to 134th South and all of the shopping and restaurants in Herriman.
The neighborhood features a variety of affordable single-family homes built in the late 90’s and early 00’s (although there are some new home subdivisions as well) priced from the high $200s all the way up to $600 for some of the larger properties.
